Delete some of your data (keep your account)
You can delete individual items at any time without deleting your account:
- Diary records, shifts and expenses – in the app, open the record and tap Delete.
- Tachograph downloads – in the app open Tachograph, or on the website open My account → Tachograph, then delete the download from the card downloads list.
- Photos – these are only stored on your phone. Delete them from the “DriverPad” album in your gallery.
- To ask us to delete any other information, email admin@driverpad.app from your registered email address. We will reply and complete the request within 30 days.
Deleted items are removed straight away. Short-term recovery copies kept by our cloud provider are removed automatically within 7 days.
Can’t access the app?
