Driver Pad
Terms & Conditions
Last updated: 4 October 2026
1. About these terms
These terms apply to the Driver Pad app and website, provided by SerP Dev (“we”, “us”). By creating an account or using Driver Pad you agree to these terms and to our Privacy Policy.
2. Using Driver Pad
- Driver Pad is a personal diary and reference tool for professional drivers. You must be at least 18 years old to use it.
- You are responsible for keeping your sign-in details secure and for all activity on your account.
- Only record information, photos and parking places that are accurate and that you have the right to share. Do not add offensive, misleading or unlawful content; we may remove it and suspend accounts that do.
- Do not misuse the service, for example by trying to access other users’ data, disrupting the service, or copying or reselling it.
3. Tachograph and driving rules
- Tachograph analysis, infringement warnings and working time or driving limit summaries are for guidance only. They may not cover every exception, derogation or change in regulation.
- Driver Pad does not replace your official tachograph records, the legal download and retention obligations of you or your operator, your employer’s instructions, or legal advice.
- Always check your driving, break and rest decisions yourself. You remain responsible for complying with drivers’ hours rules, the Working Time Directive and any other law.
- Only read or import driver cards you are authorised to access.
4. Subscriptions and payments
- Driver Pad requires a Driver Pad Pro subscription. The price, billing period and any free trial are shown before you subscribe.
- If a free trial is offered, you will not be charged until it ends. Cancel before the trial ends if you do not want to continue. Free trials are limited to one per person.
- Subscriptions renew automatically until cancelled. Subscriptions bought in the Android app are billed and managed by Google Play – cancel them in Google Play → Payments & subscriptions. Subscriptions bought on the web can be cancelled in the app under Settings → Subscription details or on the website under My account → Subscription. Access continues until the end of the paid period.
- Refunds for Google Play purchases follow Google Play’s refund policy. Other refunds are given where required by law or at our discretion.
- We may change prices or plan features. Price changes apply from your next billing period and we will tell you in advance.
5. Availability and liability
- We aim to keep Driver Pad available and accurate, but provide it “as is”, without guarantees that it will be error-free or uninterrupted. Keep your own copies of important records.
- To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for fines, penalties, lost earnings or other indirect losses resulting from reliance on the app. Nothing in these terms limits rights you have under consumer law, or our liability where it cannot legally be limited.
- We may add, change or remove features, and may suspend or close accounts that break these terms.
6. Ending your account
You can stop using Driver Pad and delete your account at any time – see Delete Account. Remember to cancel any subscription separately.
7. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms. The date at the top shows the latest version, and significant changes will be announced in the app. Continuing to use Driver Pad after an update means you accept the updated terms.
